Greg joined up with Anytime Fitness in Fergus Falls at the start of August 2009

Working together with personal trainer Matt Sauer, Greg's goals are:

Fat loss (not exactly weight loss, which you will learn about)

Building strength, endurance, and increasing flexibility

Greg's first six-week assessment :
August 3rd, 2009 to September 11th 2009

Fat lost : 10 pounds
Muscle gained: 6 pounds
Body fat down 3.6 %
Four and 1/2 inches lost off the waist

Strength test increase comparison:

Crunch sit ups - from 32 to 62
Bench Press max - from 140 lbs to 160 lbs
Leg Press - from 270 x 11 to 320 x 16
Shoulder Press - from 50 x 6 to 70 x 7
Bent Row - from 125 x 12 to 140 x 12

Other notes:  
Daily energy level is notably higher and steady ...no more afternoon yawning !
Sleep - falling alseep faster, sleeping more soundly, and awaking is slightly easier
Notable increase in basic flexibility

Also with Matt's nutrition counseling, my weekly junk food intake has decreased by 75%

Anytime Fitness is fun, the people are supportive and great, and of course, the "anytime" hours are perfect for my busy schedule...no more "no time" excuses....
